APOLLO アポロ（創作料理）

上賀茂神社を少し北へ上がったところにAPOLLOはあります。
市内でもちょっと行きにくい場所にあるのに、お店はいつもかなり混んでいます。

中の雰囲気は一言で言うと、古びた土蔵（どぞう）って感じ。
薄暗い照明に土壁。その土壁には墨で文字やら意味不明の文字が書かれています。
他にも古いすだれや廃材のような竹の仕切り、線路の枕木を再利用したテーブル。。。
店内はとにかく独特の隠れ家感であふれています。

そんなとがった内装とは裏腹に、料理は季節の素材をふんだんに取り入れた創作料理。
このギャップがなんとも言えないんですよ。
特に魚料理はとにかく新鮮で、ちょっと手に入りずらいこだわりの素材ばかり。
北海道本ししゃも塩焼きなんて、いまどきなかなか味わえない本物です。

とにかくどの料理も、注文が通ってから調理をするこだわりようで、
ちょっと時間はかかりますができたてホカホカの味が楽しめます。

お酒類も入手困難なもの多く、とにかく全てにおいてこだわりが感じられるお店です。
